Simone Hopkinson-Johnson, the philanthropist, has over 25 years experience starting and overseeing large education centers, after school programs, and understands the day-to-day operations that ensure success for her programs.  Simone has become an influential leader in the communities she serves. She has extensive experience in Designed, achieved and maintained national accreditation from National Association for the Education of Young Children. (NAEYC), Recipient of the T.E.A.C.H higher education scholarship from National Black Child Institute (NBCDI), Panelist for the Child and Adult Food Program to create the Healthy Tots Act and curriculum development, often serving as a liaison for parents and staff. An active board member of other local non-profits. Simone is very well versed in state licensing requirements and budget management. She dedicates her time and effort to ensure that her fellow colleagues in the education community are well trained and continue toward their professional development goals.   She has worked on Capitol Hill as an curriculum facilitator, and as a CDA trainer and advisor.  Simone brings not only her expertise in the education field, but also an innate passion for learning that inspires her staff to allow all children to achieve their greatest potential while having fun.

Award winning educator with over 22 years of instructional experience, and developer of the BSMART KIDZ Foundation S.M.A.R.T and Academic Programming brand.  Proven expertise in organizational program design, development, and implementation, Allison is the executive, creative, and program director of BSMART Development Bermuda’s first and only neurodevelopmental facility offering programming that incorporate brain centered maturation techniques in order to increase learning readiness and academic success. After spending 16 years as an a educator within Bermuda’s public education system, Allison’s passion for “leveling the playing field” led her to undergo extensive training in neurodevelopmental education in order to meet the needs of her students.  Having successfully implemented Bermuda’s first and only S.M.A.R.T. program in 2009. Allison left the public education system in order to bring the S.M.A.R.T. programming to more of Bermuda’s children.   Since its inception in 2011, her Foundation programming has helped change the trajectories of many of the island’s children.  In addition to graphic and web design, Allison's creative talents have also led her to create and choreograph Bermuda’s only Bollywood performance dance team, as a way of strengthening the understanding and appreciation of other cultures.

Extensive expertise in client needs analysis with a consultative approach to performance management, onboarding, training, and operations. A result-oriented, decisive leader with success in establishing a lasting presence in new markets, while creating sound relationships with strategic partners, community groups, and building consensus across multiple organizational levels. Possess a proven track record of managing the development, administration, financial needs and monitoring of marketing policies & procedures, staff for various projects.  Ability to develop strategic long term partnerships and communicate effectively within all organizational levels.  Suzanna believes, "Attitude is the biggest factor in determining success"
